Project estimates, timelines, materials, and work scope are clearly communicated before work begins, and any modifications requested by the client after approval may affect cost or timelines. All agreements, drawings, and project plans remain the property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing. Please note, we undertake only complete project executions and do not provide individual or minor repair-based services.The company provides and manages its own construction material to ensure quality control and consistency throughout the project.

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the construction site, necessary permissions, and any legal or municipal approvals required for the project. Our work is performed in accordance with relevant construction standards and safety practices. While we ensure quality and professionalism at every stage, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, government regulations, supply shortages, or site-related constraints. To maintain professionalism and confidentiality, clients are requested not to take or share project photographs or videos on social media until the work has been completed and formally handed over.

Payments are expected to be made as per the agreed schedule. Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond the agreed terms. Any disputes or concerns should be communicated to us in writing for resolution in a fair and transparent manner. By engaging with our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, ensuring a cooperative and smooth working relationship throughout the project.
